Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from the US, Italy, China and Japan warehouses. Ground shipments generally arrive in 5 -10 business days. Custom and Special orders arrive in 4 - 6 weeks. Orders received before 2pm Pacific time will go out that same day. Shipping costs are calculated based on your address and the service you choose. You will be e-mailed tracking information when your order ships so you can follow the shipping progress.
